Job Description for Milliman Off-Campus Drive 2023:
The role of Associate Trainee involves carrying out operational tasks related to defined benefit plans while ensuring compliance with plan provisions. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining pension data, processing payments, administering payroll, and calculating benefits.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents and creating indexes to facilitate information searches
- Managing basic data processing activities for various projects
- Fulfilling letters and documentation requirements
- Timely management of daily tickets and task processing
- Providing support for special projects and other tasks as needed
- Accurately billing time to ensure clients’ bills are correct
- Ensuring quality service to existing clients
- Identifying process improvement ideas.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or related software.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate/ pursuing final year
