Job Description
Offer outstanding IT service desk support, guidance, and training to end-users on various IT devices, applications, or processes.
- Record, update, and escalate support issues to the next level promptly.
- Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
- Collaborate with our internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Participate in the discovery of new IT business tools to support both our business users and our internal IT team.
- Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements as necessary.
- Be open to learning and growing in other areas of IT business.
Job Requirements
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Be a great team player.
- Have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with various stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills for finding and resolving bugs.
- Be able to work independently within a diverse global team.
- Have knowledge and skills in IT software and hardware troubleshooting, including Win 10, MacOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and the Microsoft environment.
